At the end concrete sales turnover and volume are defined. In addition, the first suggestions are done for the development by measures.

Phase 2
Evaluation

If concept, strategy and objective are clear now, we develop a draft as to efficiently bring  these factors to realization. As a rule several measures which are tested then systematically are suggested.
Also taking into consideration the production of the required documents as for example press texts, Mailings and representative's documents.
With the expertise of a professional Evaluations system the efficiency of the measures are evaluated. At the end a detailed assessment of the single measures, as well as recommendation for the follow up work.

Phase 3
Structured Sales Plan

This is the final phase and it’s the route for the structured conversion of the sales/distribution concept. We offer our selected customers the luxury of handing all this operation to us. This will be on the basis of acting as an adviser, as independent distributors, service providers or as an agency.
